Beatrice no longer works at Krochet Kids Uganda. She is providing for her family in ways that seemed completely unimaginable at one point. Her husband is working maintaining aspects of their businesses, her kids are attending the best schools in the region, and she is even helping provide opportunities to others through employment.

The best part is that her dreaming has just begun. The confidence she has gained through her work at Krochet Kids intl. helped unearth the capabilities and person she was always supposed to be. The person that was formerly isolated greatly by poverty and its symptoms. She now plans to save her money and purchase a car to more easily transport goods from her community to the market. Beatrice has her sights set on a bright future and she is bringing others with her.

This is empowerment.
